I grew up on a grain farm southwest of Assiniboia, Saskatchewan with my parents and three sisters. I played hockey, baseball and summer speed swimming since I was little. When I was older I joined the school sports in football, volleyball, basketball and track and field. In grade 10 I joined the Rise Above club basketball team out of Regina and played 3 seasons with them. I was captain of the football, volleyball and basketball teams my last two years of high school and in addition to other awards, I was named the male athlete of the year for those years. I am looking forward to continuing my development of the game I love best with the Okanagan College basketball team this fall.
